Refund policy

At Nuve, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support.nuvefashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  • Authorized returns must be dispatched within 3 business days of approval.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with supporting unboxing video.
  • Once verified, we will replace, repair, or refund the item at our discretion.
  • Damage, defective, replacement or even exchange products will be delivered in 5 - 7 business days.

4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping, handling, and taxes are non-refundable.
