Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuve.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign or transfer them in the event of merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws.
  • You agree that all disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through informal negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kolkata, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Courts in Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
